Erin Markham is a long term resident of Prescott, having moved to Arizona from California when she was a toddler. Erin graduated from Orme High School and pursued a career in the arts, finding success as an independent artist and entrepreneur. After a decade in the industry, Erin decided she was ready for a change and went back to school to become a registered nurse. Erin received high honors from Yavapai College with her associate’s degree in nursing (ADN) and graduated summa cum laude with her bachelor’s degree in nursing science (BSN) from Northern Arizona University.
She furthered her skillset with advanced aesthetic training and laser certification from the National Laser Institute. She enjoys combining her two passions of art and nursing to bring patients their best aesthetic outcomes. Erin feels that enhancing your appearance is highly individualized and no one treatment fits all; she uses her artistic point of view to help men and women achieve the best version of themselves with natural-looking results.
Before becoming an employee at Prescott Medical Aesthetics, Erin was a regular patient of Dr. Harris’. When she heard that a position for an aesthetic nurse injector had become available Erin jumped at the opportunity to join the PMA team. In her free time, Erin and her husband Steve enjoy traveling and spoiling their two cats.
Meet Alona! We are so glad to her her with us at Prescott Medical Aesthetics and Wellness! She brings lovely experience to our team and fun personality. Alona is a licensed medical aesthetician and certified laser technician with a background in health and nutrition from the University of Hawaii. She has been obsessed with skincares since she was eleven years old and would customize mini facial treatments with at-home routines for herself and her friends.
Alona’s experience comes from luxury day spas and skincare clinics in West Hollywood and Santa Monica, including high-profile celebrity clientele. The most rewarding part of treating clients is transforming their skin, boosting their self-confidence and educating them on self-care after treatments. I’m Lesly! Born and raised right here in beautiful Prescott, AZ, I’ve always dreamed of making a meaningful impact in the community I love so much.
From a young age, I’ve been passionate about wellness and helping people feel their absolute best—inside and out. As one of six siblings, I know the value of connection and family, which is why I strive to build real, personalized relationships with every one of my clients.
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing and am certified in injectables and lasers from one of the top schools in Arizona with much of my practice being in upscale Scottsdale.
With years of hands-on patient care (yes, even in the fast-paced world of emergency medicine!), I bring both clinical experience and a calm, caring touch to the treatment room. I’ve trained extensively to become your go-to injector, and I’m lucky to work alongside an amazing team—including Dr. Harris and Nurse Erin—so you can trust that your care is rooted in both medical expertise and artistry. In my free time I like to travel and work on my next project, whatever it is at the time!
Hi, I’m Laura! I’m a Certified Laser Technician and Licensed Aesthetician with a true passion for skin health. I’ve lived in Prescott Valley for the past 7 years, where I’m raising my two daughters with my husband and enjoying all things outdoor, especially staying active and taking care of my chickens.
I’m skin-care obsessed and love helping clients feel confident in their skin. My favorite treatments include SkinPen microneedling, CoolPeel, and laser hair removal. I’m committed to staying up to date on the latest education and techniques in esthetics to ensure the best results for my clients.

Allison is our Medical Assistant, and brings over three years of experience as a medical assistant and over four years as a certified nursing assistant prior to that.
She is dedicated to bringing you the best experience with IV’s and B12 injections, as well as assisting in procedures such as numbing for treatments, tread lifts, Sculptra, and many things in between. She is new to the beauty industry, however loves to learn new things, and is passionate about bringing our patients the best experience.
She is a native to Prescott, and attended Prescott High School. She enjoys spending time with family, and getting out and hiking.
Lucy is one of our Medical Assistants, and has over 2 years of medical assistance before working with us! She is eager to learn new things regarding skincare and practice her blood draw skills to ensure patients get the best experience as possible. She is new to an aesthetician office and she is loving everything she has learned since she joined our team!
She was born and raised in Prescott, Az, she loves spending time with her nieces and nephew. She has two dogs that she loves coming home to and is always looking for new hobbies to start!
Christine is our front desk professional with over 25 years of administrative experience. She is known for her playful nature and ability to make everyone feel at ease. She has called Prescott home for the last 13 years. She has deep community roots, and a genuine love for connecting with people.
Now in her first role in medical aesthetics, Christine is excited to bring her warmth and professionalism to a new and inspiring field. She values family, meaningful connections, and keeping things light and positive.
Taylor is our front desk receptionist with over 15 years of customer service in clinical offices. She has lived in what she calls the “Hallmark Town”, Prescott, for three years now after living in Hawaii for ten years raising her family.
She is an active mother of two, a full time student working towards a nursing degree, and loves everything life has to offer.
Shannon is a valued member of our front desk team and is thrilled to be returning to Prescott Medical Aesthetics after several years away. She originally joined our practice in 2019 as one of just two aestheticians and played an integral role in both patient care and front office operations during the early stages of our growth.
Born and raised in Chino Valley and Prescott, Shannon later moved to the Pacific Northwest, where she built a unique and diverse career in wildland firefighting and forestry. During that time, she owned and operated her own forestry business for nearly a decade before returning home to Prescott.
In addition to aesthetics and her extensive background in land management, she is also a proud single mom to her almost-teen son and a devoted dog mom to two pups. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, connecting with family and friends, and tending to her ever-growing collection of plants.
